IG100 — nitrogen inert gas suppression
IG100 is an inert gas suppression system using 100% pure nitrogen — a gas that already makes up about 78% of the air. It extinguishes fire by lowering the oxygen level in the room below the point at which combustion can continue.
Because it is a natural gas, it has zero GWP, zero ODP and leaves no residue at all after discharge. Stored in high-pressure cylinders, it suits large rooms, generator rooms, warehouses and industrial areas that need a system with no environmental impact.
